Precautions for use of multi position cold heading machine
1. The diameter of reinforcement or steel wire shall meet the requirements of multi position cold upsetting machine, and it is not allowed to cold upset over thick or thin reinforcement;
2. Within the allowable range of the cold heading diameter of the multi position cold heading machine, the position of the clamp (screw in or screw out) can be adjusted according to the required size of the anchor head, so as to obtain a proper allowance for the extension of the reinforcement;
3. Rust removal and straightening shall be carried out in the 120~130mm area of the cold heading part of the reinforcement;
4. The end of the reinforcement shall be ground flat to ensure the accurate shape of the cold heading anchor head;
